The '''Academy for Gifted Children''' is a private institution in Richmond Hill, ON.  It is commonly known as P.A.C.E., after its accelerated learning system "Programming for Academic and Creative Excellence."  A [[Reach for the Top]] team was established in 2007.

At the 2007 Ontario Reach provincials, P.A.C.E. made a surprise debut by taking the second seed going in to the playoffs.  They ultimately finished in the semifinals, losing to [[Gloucester]].

The 2007 team was captained by Jeffrey Baer.  Baer later appeared on the [[Jeopardy!]] Teen Summer Games tournament as the sole Canadian (other than Alex Trebek); he finished as a semifinalist.  Baer currently plays at the University of [[Waterloo]].
