Welcome to the Quizbowl Wiki, a compendium of information on Quizbowl, from middle school up to the masters level. If you wish to edit pages, you must have an account and be logged in. Please direct any questions to Jonah Greenthal.

If you are new to Quizbowl, you might want to start with the Quizbowl article and the Category: Quizbowl basics. We also have specific articles on How Collegiate Quizbowl Works and How Quizbowl Works, For Journalists. Once you start getting involved, useful information can be found at How to Get Good at This Game, How to Write Questions, and How to run a high school tournament.

Some of the most important organizations in Quizbowl are ACF, NAQT, HSAPQ, and PACE.

The most important Quizbowl website is the Quizbowl Resource Center (formerly known as Hsquizbowl.org). There is an article on Computer-related things in quizbowl.

Improving QBWiki

For those of you looking for free advice on how to improve this site, the first thing you should do is make sure that articles on topics you know firsthand are informative and updated. If an article on an important topic or person does not exist, feel free to create one. Also, place a high priority on the articles linked to above.

Many of the pages we would like to see improved are listed at Category:Stubs. Some of the priorities are Alpharetta, Brookwood, Chris Borglum, Detroit Country Day, Dwight Kidder, Eleanor Roosevelt, Eric Huff, Graham Moyer, Grosse Point North, Harry White, Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet, Minnesota Undergraduate Tournament, MSNCT, Novi, Olmsted Falls, R. Robert Hentzel, Raleigh Charter, and Seven Lakes.

Many of the pages we would like to see created are listed here. Some of the priorities are Eric Hillemann, Virginia Tech, 2002 ACF Nationals, Earlybird, TRASH Regionals, and Iowa State. Earlybird refers to the high school tournament hosted by Illinois, and if nobody wants to write about TRASH Regionals or TRASHionals, then we should just redirect them to TRASH.

If you'd like to add results to tournaments who are missing part of their results, you can check High school tournaments with missing results for those pages.
