Russellville placed second at the ASCA High School State Championship in 2002, 2003, and 2004. The team placed third in 2001 and fourth in 2008. Russellville placed second at the 2004 NAQT Alabama State Championship. Russellville attended the 2003 HSNCT and 2004 HSNCT, placing 19th at both national tournaments.
