Arab Junior High School is a 6-9 school in Arab, Alabama. It competes at state level quizbowl tournaments and has qualified for the MSNCT multiple times but did not register. Its quizbowl program began at least in the 2011-2012 season. Arab is coached by Rob Taylor and Claudette Smith. In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016, Arab won its district championships at Russellville. In 2013, it was 3rd place at the ASCA Middle School State Championship. Arab took third place at the 2016 ASCA MS State.
Arab finished 2nd at the 1st Annual West Point Middle School Invitational on 4 Nov 2016, narrowly losing to Monrovia Middle in the final match.
