VHSL Class 6A contains schools with the largest enrollment sizes that participate in VHSL Scholastic Bowl. 55 schools are part of Class 6A, and the class comprises schools with enrollments roughly over 1,927 students (barring exceptions which allow certain schools to play up or down). It was founded after the 2014 VHSL Realignment, which overhauled the VHSL classification system.
