Jeremy Krug is a former player, question writer, coach, and official.
Krug played high school scholastic bowl at Benton in Illinois, where in 1996 he was part of a team that finished second in the Class A IHSA State Championship. He played collegiately at Murray State where he was named team MVP in 1999 and 2000.
From the late 1990s through 2004, Krug was president of Academic Questions.
Krug became a chemistry teacher at Graves County High School in Mayfield, Kentucky, where he coached the academic team, winning three consecutive District Governors Cups from 2013-15.
After serving on the Board of Directors for three years, in 2014, Krug was elected President of the Board of the KAAC.
