In VHSL, Langley was part of the VHSL Northern Region until the 2014 VHSL Realignment. Between then and the 2018 VHSL Realignment, the school was part of VHSL Region 6A North. Starting with the 2017-18 season, Langley will be part of VHSL Class 6 Region D.
