Deerfield High School is in the north suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. They have been coached since the team was started in the late 1990s by Martin Esgar and Michael Hinton (until Hinton moved to Kansas circa 2013), and they play in the Central Suburban League and IHSA State Tournament. One of their top players was Michael Bilow, who graduated in 2005 and went on to play for Yale.
