This article describes the quizbowl team at Indiana University. For high quizbowl in the state of Indiana, see NAQT Indiana State Qualifier.

Indiana University has had a team a few times, but nothing that really took off. They attended the National Invitation Tournament in 1983. Hopes were high when Carlo Angiuli and Nick Matchen from New Trier enrolled in 2007 and then John Brown from Rockford Auburn a year later, and a few tournaments were entered, but things pretty much fizzled out. They tried to host a tournament called Hoosier Invitational, but not enough teams signed up for the tournament to take place. In the 2019-2020 school year, Maryland alum Justin Hawkins arrived for a graduate program and had success with starting a team that attended several regional tournaments.
