Fort Osage High School is a high school in Independence, Missouri, in the Fort Osage R-1 school district. Fort Osage attended the 2013 NSC, where they placed last. Fort Osage placed 10th at the 2016 NAQT Missouri Qualifier and 20th at the 2015 NAQT Missouri Qualifier. Fort Osage placed 3rd in the MSHSAA District Tournaments (Class 4A) in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
