The Stanford Culture Guide is a compendium of quiz bowl information covering almost every aspect of the canon. It was created by Chris Sewell with contributions from Chris Romero and Texas A&M. It is hosted on the Stanford website and can be found here. Despite its wide sweeping coverage of almost every topic conceivable, it lacks quite a bit in depth and thus can be thought of a sort of a frequency list. It had not been updated in over 12 years, until recent edits in 2019.
