Pacific's Quiz Bowl history has consisted mainly of going to nothing but MSHSAA series events. One exception to this has been attendance at Truman Bowl in 2009 and 2010 (Jack Dunn placed 6th individually that year). The team has never advanced farther than Sectionals play in the MSHSAA series, losing to Cape Girardeau Central High School in its 2010 Sectional.
