Jared McNett is a former quizbowl player for Truman State and Lutheran High School in Kansas City, Missouri. He served for 2 years as the President of ACO, taking over from Hank Kimbrough in Fall 2010. Justin Bayer succeeded him as President in the fall of 2012.
Career
In the 2010 season, he and fellow teammates Kevin Robb and Kevin Lang placed 24th at the 2010 ICT after Hank Kimbrough was unable to attend the event. In addition to this, he has also played on strong Truman A teams at events like 2010 ACF Fall, 2011 NAQT Midwest SCT, and 2011 MUT at Rock Bridge. He was also on the team that won the 2013 ACF Regionals site at WUSTL and led the team in scoring at the 2013 ICT.
