I don't like the idea of stating organizations' exact eligibility rules here. In many cases, the rules are intricate and very carefully worded, so summarizing/rewording them is dicey. Furthermore, rules change, and it's best not to have to update them in multiple places (especially places outside the control of the organizations promulgating the rules). I don't like the idea of stating organizations' exact eligibility rules here. In many cases, the rules are intricate and very carefully worded, so summarizing/rewording them is dicey.
