The 2021 Small School National Championship Tournament was a tournament sponsored by NAQT and was held online from April 24-25, 2021. After a hiatus in 2020, this tournament marked the seventh edition of the SSNCT.

The tournament was split into the Traditional Public Schools Division, consisting of public schools with fewer than 500 students enrolled across their top three grades, and the Open Division, consisting of schools that did not meet the qualifications for the Traditional Public Schools Division and had fewer than 350 students enrolled across their top three grades. NAQT also tracked and gave special recognition to Very Small Schools, or Traditional Public Schools with fewer than 300 students enrolled across their top three grades.

40 teams participated in the Traditional Public Schools Division, including 17 that fit the criteria of Very Small Schools. 50 teams played in the Open Division.
