The North Carolina School of Sciences and Mathematics ("NCSSM"), is a public magnet high school in Durham, North Carolina. Under the direction of Emil T. Chuck, it hosted the 2006 NSC.
NCSSM is also notable for poaching good players from other teams (e.g. Alex Li from East Chapel Hill, Katie Zhou from Raleigh Charter) after their sophomore years. It is also a repeat national contender in Science Bowl.
