Moline High School is in the Quad Cities in northwest Illinois. They have been coached since their founding in the early 1990s by Nick Pitz, a member of the IHSSBCA Hall of Fame who has successfully led Team Illinois a few times. Pitz retired in 2014. Consistently one of the better teams in Illinois, they won the 1999 Masonic tournament, beating New Trier in a hotly contested Championship Match marred by horrible questions.

Moline hosted its Fresh/Soph Tournament, later renamed the Curtis Butterfield Memorial, for many years as well as Regionals & Sectionals for both IHSA & Masonic State Tournaments.

Moline was the first customer of a Buzzersystems.com lockout system.
