QuizDB was a question database run by Raynor Kuang and sponsored by PACE. Along with aseemsDB and QBReader, it was one of three databases that allowed the reader to easily search for questions on a given category or difficulty level. This made it an excellent source for players trying to learn the canon of possible answerlines in various categories at various levels of difficulty. Raynor Kuang announced that QuizDB would cease operation on November 28th, 2022. Although QuizDB's website no longer works, Nocard is almost identical to it, being based on QuizDB's code.
The only other reasonable options for searching packets are Quiz Bowl Packet Search, which has more questions than QuizDB but is less convenient to use, AseemsDB, and QBReader.
