Coby Tran was a player for the University of Washington who played for Westview in high school. Coby led the Westview team to 31st place at ONCT in 2021 and is widely regarded to be the dominant visual fine arts player in the Pacific Northwest circuit.[1] In addition, he is an administrator of the Science Bowl Discord server and helps to organize many Science Bowl tournaments.[2]
He is the subject of the original Tran Train copypasta, though the meme is arguably more commonly associated with Richard Niu.
