Joe is known for his frequent and efficient logistical work at Canadian tournaments and American nationals. Beginning with a fall novice mirror in 2010, Joe has done stats for countless high school and college tournaments—sometimes travelling great distances to do so.  
  
However, Joe has played successfully in his freshman year at McGill (2013-2014), including helping a DII McGill team to a Canadian SCT title (going undefeated in the process) and being on the 3rd place ICT DII McGill team.
