The US History Bee was created in 2013 as an offshoot of the main National History Bee and Bowl competitions. The US History Bee shares many characteristics with the National History Bee, namely the same format, but the questions focus entirely on American history.
Competitions
A qualifying exam can be taken at various regional competitions (including those hosted by IAC as well as allied organizations) with people scoring high enough eligible to compete in the national finals (which are part of the rest of the History Bee and Bowl national finals).
