Jeffrey Hill is a founding member and former president of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance. He played for Liberty High School from 2002-2005 and Missouri S&T from 2005-2009. Jeffrey is a primary developer of the Quizbowl Resource Database. He previously operated scobo.net, which hosted his ScoBo Question Database and ScoBo Tournament Central web applications.
