The Southeast Iowa Conference, or SEI is a now defunct athletic and fine art conference located in southeastern Iowa consisting of class 2A high schools. The conference held some of the earliest sanctioned quiz bowl tournaments in the state of Iowa, dating back to at least 1976. The conference ceased operations after a merger with the Deerwood Conference in 1992 to form the Southeast Iowa Super Conference.
