John Augustyn is a quiz bowl player who formerly played for Benet Academy and Stanford Online. He was a part of Team Illinois in 2023 and 2024, and was one of the few players to be named an IHSSBCA All-State and All-Sectional player in all four years of high school. During his career, he has scored over thirty thousand points in NAQT sanctioned-events.
