Smithtown High School is a defunct high school formerly serving the students of Smithtown, New York. In 2005, Smithtown split into Smithtown East, located in St. James, NY, and Smithtown West, located in Smithtown proper. The school achieved its greatest success in 2003, reaching 4th place in the 2003 NAC, its first national tournament.
