Ashvin Srivatsa is a current player at [[Yale]], formerly of [[Sycamore]] in Cincinnati, Ohio. He spent the first three years of his quizbowl career playing terrible [[OAC]] questions in the [[Greater Miami Conference]], mostly because Cincinnati is a desolate quizbowl wasteland save for [[Walnut Hills]]. Upon discovering the forums one day while investigating the notion of quizbowl that did not suck, he decided to stop being bad at quizbowl, and so he attended a few good tournaments his senior year. He also attended the [[2010 HSNCT]], where his team proceeded to finish a meager 4-6 in prelims. He was part of the 2011 DII ICT team that rode [[Matt Jackson]]'s coattails to victory.
