ONQBA offer different discounts at provincials for schools that hosted and/or did well and/or participated a certified tournament. They will certify any academic quizbowl tournament that has already been certified by PACE and/or NAQT and/or uses a recognized student written event (e.g. SCOP Novice, Early Autumn Collegiate Novice, GSAC) and has an ONQBA member in its staff as a check to make sure the tournament runs smoothly.
