Susan "Sue" Ikenberry was the quizbowl coach at Georgetown Day, where she still teaches. Sue is the first-ever Benjamin Cooper Academic Ambassador Award winner, and also selected and coached the Washington, D.C. Panasonic Team until the tournament's discontinuation. In 2013 Ikenberry won the first It's Academic Community Award for Academic Outreach for working "to help newer teams prepare for competition on the program".
