Cameron Amini is a player for Carleton University and a former player for Colonel By Secondary School. He was named an Honourable Mention for the 2015 HSQBRank All-World Teams.
A formidable generalist with deep history knowledge, he was the leading scorer on the Colonel By team that won the 2014 and 2015 NAQT Ontario Provincial Championships. He once again led Colonel By in scoring at their Canadian record-best tied for 21st performance at the 2015 HSNCT. He also led Colonel By to victory at the Canadian mirror of 2014 ACF Fall. For these achievements, he is often considered the greatest Canadian high school Quizbowl player of all time.
