Webster Guan was (co)-captain of "the" IMSA A Quiz Bowl team with Eric Ordonez from 2010 to 2012, before moving on to be the top scorer at the California Institute of Technology his freshman year. Webster Guan is undoubtedly the most prolific quizbowler at IMSA under the guidance and tenure of Coach Noah Prince. One of the best literature players during the 2012 HSNCT and 2012 NSC, he notably led his team to a 4th place finish at the NSC and powered a philosophy tossup during the NSC all-star round.
