The TQBA State Championship (or the Texas Quiz Bowl State Championships or other variations) is hosted by the TQBA. TQBA took over hosting duties possibly in 2004.
Results
- 2010 saw Seven Lakes A and LASA C tie for second.
- 2011's edition saw a statistical error eliminate Cistercian A from the championship bracket.
- Both the 2021 and 2022 editions of the tournament were hosted online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- In 2021, Strake Jesuit and Cinco Ranch tied for third.
- In 2022, Greenhill, St. Mark's and Cinco Ranch were in a three-way tie for third.
