The 2016 MSNCT was held on 7 May and 8 May 2016 at the Hilton Atlanta. Middlesex A (Darien, Connecticut) won the tournament, Longfellow A (Falls Church, Virginia) placed second, Challenger-Ardenwood (Newark, California) placed third, and Chamblee A (Georgia) placed fourth. 160 teams participated.
