Detroit Country Day School, often abbreviated DCDS or DCD, is a K-12 private school in Beverly Hills, Michigan. It is not to be confused with its chief rival Detroit Catholic Central. DCDS has both middle school and high school programs.

Since 2021, DCDS's high school team has produced an annual charity housewrite called DART, on which it hosts a namesake invitational.

History

The DCDS middle school team is a perennial contender for the Michigan State Championship, winning in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019. At their peak, they tied for 29th place at both the 2014 and 2015 MSNCTs.

The high school team has been a longtime state powerhouse, winning many Class B state titles in over its over two decades of playing. The team has seen success on the national stage, placing in the top 10 at HSNCT multiple times. More recently, DCDS has branched out to other nationals, placing 11th at the 2021 NSC and 2nd at the inaugural ONCT. The all-sophomore DCDS B team won the JV title at the 2021 NSC.
