Waleed Ali is a sophomore who plays for IMSA. He is very good at negging 2pac tossups and enjoys negging Christianity with Islam. His favorite piece of literature is “Catullus 16” and placed 37th at History Bee Nats in 2012.
He joined Quizbowl at IMSA thinking that he could boost self-esteem and improve his chances with the Asian ladies. Unsuprisingly, neither has occurred. Waleed is well known for writing a 50 page study guide on Prester John and his impact on Ethiopian society. Notable subjects include: History, Swagg, AP tests, and exercising at the gym daily.
