South Callaway High School is a public high school in Mokane, Missouri, which has fielded a quizbowl team for quite a few years.

Opponents and Rivalries
South Callaway formerly competed in the Mid-Missouri Conference against teams from Southern Boone, North Callaway, Harrisburg, and Hallsville. In 2012, the school became a member of the Show-Me Conference alongside nine other schools, including a very active Tuscumbia program.
The school was classified by MSHSAA as Class 3, District 4 in the 2004 and 2006 cycles, and as Class 3, District 7 in the 2008 cycle, when the number of districts was doubled and the sectionals system was created. By 2010, enrollment numbers forced South Callaway to be bumped to Class 2, where they were placed in District 8. The 2012 cycle saw a move to Class 2, District 4.
The school's largest rivalry was by far that with Hallsville, a formidable conference and district opponent. Some regional rivalries are present against schools like Fulton, Eugene, Fatima and Southern Boone.
Tournament Attendance
South Callaway's tournament attendance has been consistently sparse or nonexistent in recent years. The schedule had mostly consisted of conference duals, a conference tournament and the occasional county tournament. In 2008, the team attended multiple tournaments, including the Warrenton Warrior Classic and the William Woods Academic Tournament. Despite fervent invitation from the Missouri team at a location less than an hour away, the team has not yet entered any of Missouri's tournaments. Increased awareness of MOQBA events in the area and the presence of MOQBA secretary Alex Dzurick as a former middle school coach may lead to a South Callaway team eventually becoming more active in the circuit.
Middle School
South Callaway's middle school program has become more active recently. SCMS's first pyramidal tournament was in February 2011 at Tuscumbia, where they went 2-6 in a field of 10 teams. In 2013, the MS team attended another Tuscumbia tournament. The 6th grade team competed at the 2013 Tuscumbia Winter tournament, taking home third place in their first-ever outing, and also attended the conference-sponsored Knowledge Bowl for 3rd-6th grade teams. Two teams of 6th graders competed at the Tuscumbia Spring tournament where they took 3rd and 5th places.
