Nick Rupel is a former player at Truman State University and member of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance. He formerly played at Parkway Central High School.
High School
In high school, Nick was a member of a Parkway Central team that, his senior year, placed 3rd at WUHSAC XII and qualified for Nationals for the first time. His team went 5-5 at the 2010 NAQT HSNCT.
College
In college, Nick has played on a couple of A-teams that have placed well at tournaments. His first tournament, Early Autumn Collegiate Novice 2010, saw him tie for ninth and the A-team place 2nd. However, he has had to miss the 2011 NAQT Midwest SCT and 2011 MUT due to having Orchestra concerts on these days.
Other Involvement
Nick became a member of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance in 2011. He has also staffed some tournaments, including WUHSAC XIII.
