Stars of Life was a competition existing from 1993 - (at least) 2012 with questions on trivia (and non-trivia) relevant to paramedics and emergency medical technicians. The competition was developed and run by EMS educator Bob Page, inspired by the "Valsalva Bowl" competition he attended at a Texas EMS conference. Regionals were held at state-level EMS conventions, with the winners getting invitations to a national championship and other prizes.
