I'm not sure it's a good idea to include things like "registered for the 2016 HSNCT and 2016 SSNCT" (from [[Good Hope]]). It ensures that updating will be necessary, and that the article will be out of date from the time of the tournament until that updating takes place. There is no standard style of links, both because there is no style guide for the QBWiki and because the notion of a standard style of links just plain doesn't make technical sense. Pending registrations

I'm not sure it's a good idea to include things like "registered for the 2016 HSNCT and 2016 SSNCT" (from Good Hope). It ensures that updating will be necessary, and that the article will be out of date from the time of the tournament until that updating takes place.
