Patrick Henry High School--often denoted Patrick Henry (GS)-- in Glade Spring, Virginia is one of three high schools in the Commonwealth named for Patrick Henry, and the smallest of the trio. They compete in VHSL Class 1 (former known as Class 1A). Under the 2014 VHSL Realignment, they competed in Class 1A's Conference 46 from 2014-2015 before moving into Conference 47 for the 2016-2017 seasons.
