Scott Smith was a quiz bowl player for Edmond Memorial (1998-2001), Texas A&M (2001-2005), and again at Louisiana State University during law school (2011-2013). Scott played on the 2002 ACF Nationals Division II championship team with Alex Metcalf, Rachel Campbell, and Nancy Mitchell. Currently, Scott is serving as an Assistant Attorney General in Louisiana and quiz bowl coach at Catholic of Pointe Coupee in New Roads, Texas. Scott is also a former writer for NAQT and NAC.
