High school
After playing his first non-VHSL quiz bowl tournament in the spring of his junior year of high school, Mark tied for 5th place at 2019 IPNCT, led his team to a 37th place finish with 103.23 PPG at 2019 NSC, and was the second-highest scorer on Virginia's 7th-place A team at 2019 NASAT.
College
