James W. Robinson Secondary School is a school in Fairfax, Virginia. It is a 7-12 secondary school with a middle school and high school included. Both schools regularly attend quizbowl tournaments.

Robinson finished tied for 17th place out of 176 teams at the 2008 HSNCT, tied for 20th place out of 352 teams at the 2018 HSNCT, and 23rd place out of 96 teams at the 2018 NSC.

In VHSL, Robinson was part of the VHSL Northern Region until the 2014 VHSL Realignment. Between then and the 2018 VHSL Realignment, the school was part of VHSL Region 6A North. Starting with the 2017-18 season, Robinson is part of VHSL Class 6 Region C, a.k.a the Occoquan Region.

Robinson defeated McLean by 40 points to win the 2017 6A VHSL State Championship. They defeated McLean again to win the 2018 Class 6 VHSL State Championship. Robinson defeated Langley to win the 2021 Class 6 VHSL State Championship. Robinson was the 2019 Class 6 VHSL State Championship runner-up to T.C. Williams (now called Alexandria City), and was also the 2020 Class 6 VHSL State Championship runner-up to McLean. Robinson placed second at the 2009 and 2013 VHSL Northern Region tournament. They were runners-up at the VHSL Region 6A North in 2017. Robinson won the VHSL Region 6C tournament in 2018, 2019, 2020, & 2021, as well as the VHSL Super-Regional 6CD tournaments in 2018 & 2019. Robinson won the Patriot District tournament in 2005 & 2007, and the Concorde Conference (later called Conference 5) tournament in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2017. They placed second in the Concorde Conference (5) tournament in 2011 & 2015.
