Advanced Math & Science Academy Charter School (AMSA) is a 6-12 charter school in Marlborough, Massachusetts. AMSA is most notable for having won the 2016 NAQT Small School National Championship Tournament.

Between 2013-2016, AMSA made several state & national tournament appearances including placing second at the 2015 & 2016 NAQT Massachusetts State Championship, tying for 21st at the 2015 HSNCT & 2016 HSNCT, as well as two national championship appearances at the 2014 SSNCT & 2016 SSNCT. The Eagles also attended the 2013 NSC.

AMSA has been coached by Jessica Bowen since 2010.
