I do not believe it is the case that people don't think the NAQT or ACF titles are "legitimate." :I don't necessarily think that either, hence why I put the word in quotes when I wrote the article. I think I just put that there because that was the sentiment that came to mind for why the UG nationals was created. If you think there's a better word to use there, feel free to change it.
