Smithtown High School is a high school serving the students of Smithtown, New York. Except for a period between 1992 and 2005, Smithtown High School has had two separate campuses: East Campus is located in the hamlet of St. James, while West Campus is located in the hamlet of Smithtown. Smithtown achieved its greatest success as a unified school in 2003, reaching 4th place in the 2003 NAC, its first national tournament.
