The 1998 ACF Nationals was a national championship held at the University of Maryland.
It was won by Virginia, consisting of Andrew Yaphe, Alice Chou, and Brian Rostron. Second place went to Harvard, led by Jeff Johnson.
The tournament ended with an advantaged final in which Virginia needed to beat Harvard twice to win, due to Harvard's win over Virginia in the round robin. Virginia did so.
