General
Shiva Oswal is a resident of Cupertino, CA, and is an avid Quiz Bowl Player. He has participated in Middle School and High School tournaments at the local, state and national level.
Shiva first started playing Quiz Bowl in 5th grade and since then has played in over 23 tournaments.
Shiva first entered national prominence when he became the youngest player to be an All Star Player at the 2015 Middle School National Championship Tournament (MSNCT-15).
In January 2017, NAQT began its program of honoring top teams and players each week. As part of this program, Shiva was named the first ever NAQT Middle School Player of the Week for the week of Jan 7, 2017. Later on, Shiva was also named to the first ever National Middle School Quiz Bowl A Team for 2017.
Team Information
Shiva Oswal leads and is the captain of Team Pi-oneers and has participated in the MSNCT in the years 2015, 2016 and 2017.
