The South Central Conference (SCC) is a conference in the south-central Illinois area consisting of ten small-to-medium sized high schools. The current conference roster is:
- Carlinville
- Gillespie
- Greenville
- Hillsboro
- Litchfield
- Pana
- Roxana (Leaving the SCC in 2021-22)
- Southwestern
- Staunton
- Vandalia
- North Mac will enter the SCC in 2021-22.
Former members include: Marquette Catholic and East Alton-Wood River.
