Meet the Challenge is a quizbowl competition held in Liberia between secondary schools. It was apparently held as far back as the 1960s. The name appears to be used for any kind of quizzing challenge, including youth competitions for students held in concert with the YMCA of Liberia, other non-governmental organizations, and government ministries. Facebook posts indicate that Meet the Challenge (sometimes just called "quizzing") contests between secondary schools continued to be held through throughout the 2000s, 2010s, and into 2020.
