The 2022 NAQT Middle School National Championship was the eleventh iteration of NAQT's MSNCT, and the first in-person since the COVID-19 Pandemic. Longfellow Middle School (Falls Church, VA) won their first MSNCT title after having placed second three times, defeating Chenery (Belmont, MA) by a score of 310-280 in a one-game final. Greenhill A (Addison, TX) placed third after being eliminated in a "super-semifinal", with the B-team from Burleigh Manor Middle School (Ellicott City, MD) completing the top four. Middle School IPNCT winner Pranavkrishna Bharanidharan led the field in individual scoring, and achieved a finish of T-13th overall playing solo.
